Returns & Exchanges 

Every bundle is carefully sourced, quality inspected, and packaged. Due to the hygienic nature of raw hair products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. Once hair has been installed, washed, cut, colored, styled, altered, or worn in any way, it is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for any dispute, claim, return, or refund, regardless of reason.
 
If you have questions regarding texture, length, fullness, or need help selecting the right bundles, we are more than happy to assist prior to purchase.
